I am about to change the transmission fluid in my 83' 733i. Before I do, are there any particular things I should watch out for? What is the best fluid, filter and gasket to use? I have a 3HP22 transmission. Thanks to all for your help.

Hi,

There is no particular thing.
I use 3 liter of Total ATX fluid, and it is no necessary to replace the filter in the gear box.
If you want to replace filters, remove the case.
