First off there isn't a BMW c230 model..... maybe Mercedes??

He cannot simply just import the car without filing the proper paperwork otherwise customs will just send it back to Germany! He will need to use an RI (registered importer). Cost ?? $5K-$10K all said and done....

just because the German Mark is down right now compared to the US dollar doesn't mean it's a good deal...
