I did. No spin. Also looks like timer is out. Jumped red and red/white to get current at connector. Wiring is OK.

Disconnected at fog light switch. Relay 205 is for int lights too, BTW. Jiggled plug, started working. Timer does not work - i.e. lights go out when door is closed, instead of delay, so need new relay anyway.

Nope, it was for interior lights.
