Hello all, after owning a 1967 1800ti, 2 320i's, and 7 2002's, I just bought a 1985 735i., paid $3,000.00. This is originally a California car with 143,000 miles on it, it has been in Pennsylvania the last 6 years and maintained by a guy in the Genesee Valley Chapter BMWCCA, Roy Hopkins, Rochester, N.Y. during these years. It is in very, very, nice shape, no visible rust, very clean overall, automatic transmission. New parts include: power steering pump, radiator, hoses, heater core, wheel bearings, brakes, exhaust/catalyst, tires, "bottle cap " style wheels in excellent shape, other new parts also that I can't recall right now. All power options work without a flaw. The interior is an off white leather, exterior is a metallic blue shade, original paint in very nice condition. Prior to winter storage in a few weeks I was told just to start it up a couple of times a week, any suggestions from anyone? thanks, Tim.
