I have an 83 733i for sale and am asking only 3,950. It is in excellent shape only 113k, perfect black leather interior, original tool kit, original medical kit, engine, tranny are very tight. It doesn't sound like the car your're looking at is worth what he's asking.

I bought a 1980 733i for $200.00 that was in better shape than that and i have spent over $3000.00 on it so far so i would pass!

i found a 1980 733 at a local small car lot. the body is straight and has original paint and good rubber. cons: previous engine burn, rough interior, rotted leather seats and dash, sun baked interior from sitting, water stained carpet and the engine is original (the one that caught fire). is this a good deal? the guy wants $3,600 for it.
