'86 735 Low Beam Check Relay?? (archive)

Has anyone out there had the pleasure of changing the low beam check relay located on the board beneath the fuse box???
I tracked my high beam problem to this relay and I got a used fuse box with the board intact, but it looks like a bear to change.
Any help out there???
