This was one of the first things I checked.
They are fine
NOW
I opened up the ecu and i don't see any blown components( I can Kind of understand since I'm studying Electrical Engineering) I'm not saying it's Good But I don't thinks its malfunctioning

What kind of reading did you get? Mine checked out OK also - Callan suggested checking them with a logic probe as this is a more sensitive tool.
