My '83 has a switch under the dash next to the steering wheel. A rocker type switch. Don't know if your year has it but worth a check.

My 12 year-old tried to lower all the windows at once and blew the circuit breaker. The manual says the circiut breaker is automatic - I assume it should re-activate the windows after a short cooling period. Wrong. No luck yet even though it has been a couple of weeks. Can anyone help me with this?
