i have a problem with the speedometer on my 85 735i everything works except the odometer/tripometer and speedometer, is it electronic or does it have a cable? and also where is the fuse or relay for the speedometer,odometer,and trip. thanks..

Check and see if your obc is working. there is info in the archives.I have had problems with both my 84 733 & 86 735 speedos. Cleaned the sending unit contacts on the back of the differential and put some dielectric grease on them and they work. This message board has helped me out a lot even though I only got on 2 weeks ago. Thanks to all for your info. Been giving my kids hell for staying up all hours of the night on the net and now the kids are gone and my wife gives me hell for....
