Take the thing apart and pull the round temp and blower speed dials out,clean them off and us an ohm meter to make sure the contacts are free of oxidation ect... Put a LITTLE dielectric grease on ( from AUTO ZONE ect...) the surface for lubrication. My A/C & Heater (blower) went on & off and temp control was no existent.
