early 7 transistor location (archive)

I succesfully replaced my transistors on my '84 american style 733 and was rewarded with a variable speed fan. But I can't find the transistors for the fan on my '85 euro 735.
It has the earlier heater, A/C control panel with the temperature wheel and the fan speed wheel stacked on top of each other on the left hand side of the center instrument pod. I went to replace the plastic fan cover on the euro and they do not have the transistor packs on them. So where are they?

Anyone familier with this earlier design. None of my manuals have any info on this.

P.S. I ordered the micro fiche for the euro cars but have yet to find a microfiche reader. Anyone know a source?
