X-er, I have to admit that you are living the life that most seem to aspire to these days. I'm sure you've never really had to struggle for even one day in your life. But contemplate this : It's that very struggle to overcome a challenge that you might be facing that will make you strong, both in the physical sense and of the soul. As quickly and voraciously as you dispatched the "Geezer", one of which I am considered, obviously no one could doubt your ability with words or debate. I suspect the alma mater you speak of is covered with ivy, and the footsteps lead to a court of law. But beware you don't become the devil's advocate(DA, like in the movie) Most adults give advice out of love, they can't help it! usually they know it will fall on deaf ears, or in your case scornful. I'm really trying not to be preachy here. I don't have any emotional attachment or jealously for your lifestyle. It's not that unique. However, I ask you to consider that MANY other intelligent ,motivated people your age will never be dealt your good fortune. Even if they're digging ditches and driving chevys, they might have something you'll never acquire: humility, heart, and soul. Now go on over to your parents house, give them and all that they represent the respect due. You'll understand later...maybe. By the way -you voted for shrub didn't you???
