sunroof and seat heaters (archive)

My 86 L7 has no power to the sunroof or seat heaters, and there is no X7 relay in my fusebox. Is this the relay that works these items, and if so, is it the same relay as any of the others? Does anyone know if there is a fuseable link somewhere in this circuit that might also be the culprit? I hate to start swapping relays or adding jumpers without some idea that I've got the right circuit.
