You like I have had to work for everything you have. Some people get to come up in life with a silver spoon some of us don't. Some of us will go through life and coast on some elses money and maybe a little of there on. Then there are some of us who understand failure and get up and drive a few more spikes into their helmet before they put it on to take on the daily world (boy I love to butt heads).
He/she will never know how it is until they get out of the shadow of their parents.
I make enough money to own whatever I would like! I chose an e23 and have enjoyed it ever since. I work on it a fair amount and don't mind. It's kinda nice to be able to fix watever needs it no matter what!! Bought my son an 87 325i(180k on it). Makes him learn a little something about mechanical things and have a little more respect for people who use there hands to make a living!
Anyway cool down and let us hope that our ideals of hard work and endurence prevail. Oh and yes I my son does have a job and has to pay for everything himself including gas, tag, taxes and insurance.
