Recently I've had a few problems with my 735!
Currently it won't start, unless key is pushed in hard on ignition. Think this is electric part of ignition needs replacement.
Also the central locking will work only from the front doors, the boot however will only lock all doors, not open them! Is there a switch somewhere?
The drivers lock is very stiff, and will only turn to horizontal position, not vertical locked position, when locked from drivers side, con only be opened from drivers door!
Also on starting it has very rough idle, and sometimes will not respond to throttle imputs, idle abnormally low!
Last week I found a box under the bonnet smoking!! All it said was; ELEC UP, DOWN
12V DC, does anyone know what this is?
If anyone has any insight into any of these problems it would be much appretiated!

start with the cheap parts before you dive into
the starter motor.
My starter problems were finally traced to the
ignition switch.
