Maybe your CAT is bad.

If the Cat was the problem would it really destroy the mileage so much and affect the calculations of the OBC. I have some suspicions that the mechanic that tunned the engine may have messed something up when he adjusted the computers. It had better mileage before the rebuild.


I would be happy for any other ideas/ comments.
