Hi again, I just bought another one- an '83 733i- baltic blue, blue leather no rips, auto(wanted a 5spd or 6er), strong engine+tranny (but will have fluid and filter changed), chrome fender trim(pimpin'), stock 14in rims/w winters, CD player, leather covered steering wheel, HEATING WORKS!!!! though needs adjustment, heated seats, Bosch fog lamps, about to put in Bosch high/low beams as well as driving lights. Just did routine maintnence- oil, engine restore, oil filter, air filter, conditioned the leather, armor all, electrical work-got turn signals! Service lights need reset. I've already put $500 into it, but it does have a little problem...rust, though minor(not lying), about 5 spots on body 4 on rockers and in wheel wells, little though, also rock chips on some of the doors as well as fenders and nose panel. I am going to have it taken care of, but I am little broke, living from paycheck to paycheck, so the bodywork and paint will have to wait till spring. I was quoted $1600 including rust proofing( I'm taking it to a very expensive bodyshop which is worth it), and I'd get the pinstripes redone(looks funky). All around a sweet car. There maybe one problem though, I'm in B.C- Canada on the pacific. If still interested I can get you pics if you want.
