Windows will not go Up or Down (archive)

All,

Up until this morning, all of my electric windows worked just fine. No problems what-so-ever. This morning though, I needed to replace the Brake Light Switch. I unscrewed all four lower panel screws and moved the panel itself aside. In doing so, I'm afraid I might of bumped something loose or maybe even "shorted" some-sort of relay out. I say this because the car has an alarm in it 'n' the people who did the alarmm, weren't entirely neat.

"Can anyone tell me if there's some sort of Relay underneath the dash that works in conjunction with the Electric Windows?"

I've flipped the Breaker Switch, checked the fuses 'n' they all look good. Of interesting note, the Sunroof still works perfectly. I'm really hoping someone might be able to point me in the right direction with this one, as it's really got me frustrated.
