Hi,

In my case the problem was in the idle control valve that regulates air flow at different temperature.

Check it out as well.

www.bmwe30.com is a nice webiste on E30 but alot of info on these systems are similar.

1983 735i euro 5spd 135K

I'm having a 1983 Euro version 735i, lately it so difficult to start the engine when it is cold. However when the engine is hot it can be started easily.
Any idea what's goes wrong. Please help.
