car runs poorly (PLease help) (archive)

i just started driving this car after a year or two... When i drive the car it runs fine at some times but then after awhile it doesnt want to go.. if i try to push the peddel done it will just stay there wont rev up or anything or sometimes if im driving and i try to push the peddel down it will just like back fire or not back fine but just make some noise .. like it dont want to go.. my dad said since the car has been sitting a while there could be water in the tank or the fuel injecters could be clouged up..


any ideals.. sometimes it wont ever want to rev up.. please respond....... any help.. new plugs and wires in .. bosche plats x4 in there plus some customs wires...

please get back to me with any ideas....
