Reg. to the Resister plates,
if you replaice them with other used ones,
and it should work great, but if it only ends up
working on one low speed, trye to exchange one out of your old box, both sides are the same boards, sometimes the one goes bad, and it seems
like bothe of them are, but they are not both,
