I purchased a Used A/C control dash module from a parts yard today. Could someone tell me how to remove the dash panel to replace the unit? Is there any advice to give to assist making this install hassle free?

Any others who have encountered A/C problems with their 735 please tell your solutions! Looking to get 100% of A/C compacity. Florida summers are brutal.

Thanks

The wires Henry is referring to are attached to a couple of connectors that when removed only go back in one place, open way. He's right, don't pull on any individual wires, only the connector. There are a few screws that attach the boards to the console face and a plastic bar that ties the two modules together.fairly straight forward to R & R. Just be careful!
The hardest thing to remove to get the console out far enough to work on is the rubber air inlet tube for the in cabin air sensor, located to the left of the console face in the dash. You have to reach in through the radio opening to unhook and replace and there is not a lot of room for big hands, believe me. Just be patient! You really can't see the tube when you are working on you just have to use your sense of feel.
Good Luck,

Tom Marino in PA
