You have a short one some where,
let me explain, somehow you are getting,
dampness underneath one of the blinker cover,
so when you turn it on the first time it shortens
and acts like there is a lightbolb blown,
but ones that bolb warms up and dryes things around it becomes normal again.
Chek some of your lenses if they are wet internal.
