Who want's to open their hood to start the car? Best one I've heard all week! Try this!!! If you are getting a voltage pulse at the small wire at the starter, and the car cranks when starter is jumped directly, you can use this! Run 10 ga. wire from the large + conn. on starter to a 4 prong,30 amp relay and a 10 ga. return wire to the s term. Take wire that was on s term and move to relay, add a ground wire to the relay it will work. Put the relay close to the starter, but away from the heat,on firewall. Run wires with factory loom using zip-ties. Now you have a remote, remote, starter linked to your org. keyswitch. A new solonoid with heatsheild is the proper fix. good luck, Bruceerc

thank for the reply Bruce, I will probably do this
if the problem is car wiring related, but can't
see how it would be.

just wanting to "prove" to my repairer of the
starter motor that the starter motor is the problem!!

regards,
rob
