I have no idea what size bulb for the flash light. Mine died and I just got a new one from he BMW dealer here--yes it is rechargable. The first aid kits are all very diffrent--normally they are in a gray plastic box--the new ones come with one of those shinny solar blankets.

The best way to remove the rust--navel jelly--comes in a pink bottle and you can get it at any local hardware or auto store--then spray the tools down with WD-40 or some other oil based lubricant and wipe down.

I assume you are in the US---here the first aid kits are piled up at the junk yards like mountians--2bucks--all cars must have them in Germany. And the flashlight and rusted pliers would have been free--then again they know me pretty well at the junk yards here.
