That gage is conectted togeteher with you fuil gage, yes this stick I'm talking about could case
it, yet you may also have a loose wire to it,
or it could be not grounded good.
One more thing that gage is normal to do
bouncing thing. :)

Also reg to your bomb, may I ask how did they chek it, do to my experience you would have to bypass it, and put pressure on the system,
let me ask you this, have you replaiced the pressure switch by the bomb?
Those have a tendancy to go bad.
