Okay, here’s perhaps dumb question number one on an 84’ 733i that I just bought. (No I have no schematic.) American version.

Cruise control does not work and then tonight I got the warning indicator about the rear light bulb. Replaced a bad bulb (brake light), and then noticed that when depressing the brake pedal that the brake lights did not light. Number 6 fuse (7.5 amp), is supposedly for brake lights and cruise control. The fuse is fine / not blown.

So? Help... please.

I've seen the Fabio/Jens exchange... and will check the #17 fuse next.
