Kelvin,,,, Both of my 733's and my 630 all did the same thing. In all cases it was the fuel filter under the car in the rear by the gas tank. If your 745 has an in-line filter under the car, I will bet the engine is starving for gas at 3000 RPM. Filter is inexpensive and the last time I said I paid a shop to do it, I got chided here, so I suggest it's a DIY. (Frankly, I'd pay to have it done again.... I've been under too many cars in my lifetime!!!)
