Hi Matt,
Beautiful....car looks just right and exhaust mods
appear equally creative...pretty trick how you
modified the production muffler and preserved the
production look with slightly bigger tips. Wonder if this system would be applicable to a non blown
car...perhaps not...believe that turbo consumes
some of the exhaust note and a normally aspirated
big six may be a bit louder with this system.

I noticed that your motor appears to have no Cosmoline on the aluminum. Did you remove
it? If so, did you use chemicals or media blast?
By the way, check out Mark W's stealth M5 drive-
train conversion to his E-32 on the E-32 board.
I think you guys should run (not for pink's) after
you get your wastegate adjusted to where you want
it. he..he.

Best Regards,
George

After days of bad weather in dallas I finaly got the exhaust finished on my 745. It really turned out quite nice and has a great tasteful sound and great performance. I took the factory exhaust off from the front y pipe and added 2 2 1/4 pipes straight back to a factory 745 muffler that was modified. I had the holes cut open in the front and rear to 2 1/4. The inside of the muffler in actually pretty big and I might have been able to go to 2 1/2. I used 2 2 1/2 straight chrome pipes that resemble the stock tips only bigger welded to the muffler and set to the factory position. (will take pics later) Overall the exhaust is better than I expected and removing the hacked in import cat and resonator is an excellent improvment and will allow ne to run leaded high octane gas! Waste gate is next!
