Cibié, Hella and others make lamps which direct fit the US buckets (available everywhere.) They use replaceble H4 and H1 halogen bulbs. I prefer the Cibié lites, especially the US 'off-road or racing only' high beam lamp. The low beams give a good sharp cutoff and the high beams are BRIGHT. But get the headlite stalk replaced, before you miss a turn while messing with it.
