I replaced the stock sealed beams on my 733i a couple of weeks ago with the Hella setup. I went up to 80w lows and 100w highs and they are nothing short of spectacular. Took about an hour to replace all four and cost was under $200.

I thought about the Cibies, but my experience with the Hellas (on a '90 325is) was great, so I stuck with them. Have never seen the Cibies, but the general concensus is that they do provide better lighting than the Hellas (also cost more too!). For my driving style, the Hellas do far more than what I expected.
