Hi Matt,
In Europe,we call them "position" and "park" lights.
"Potitin", they start to light up before and with the 7" headlights(depends on the first or secound potition of lights swich on your dash). In the USA,I guess your front turn signals should do this job. so all you need,I guess,is to connect them to the cable wich lights your turn signals permanently...
"Park", at night, when you park on a quite dark area, to show to the others (trafic) where the out side of your car is, you can turn on one of these little lights in front and one of the regular rear lights (same side ofcorse). To do that, you have to push your turn signal handel to the secound potition, after turning the engine off but I guess you already knew this you should have more or less same thing in the USA.
I realy love your car. There is only a few left so nice even here in europe...
