Quite large vibration... (archive)

I just recently rotated my tires and rebalanced one, and now occasionally the car vibrates alot. I noticed that the front caliper was sticking when I rotated the tires, and today when braking at one point the vibration got quite horrible. But of course the vibration occurs only once and a while and its sometimes unnoticeable, and sometimes feels like the wheel is falling off! I checked the rebalanced wheel again today and the sticking caliper (on the same wheel) and the wheel was good, but the caliper was worse.

So could it be a loose wheel, even though all were torqued to 80 ft/lbs, or is it a warped caliper or something else. Its starting to concern me a lot!

Any help is appreciated! Its starting to be a very bumppy ride sometimes!

Thanks,
~James
