I haven't been able to find much in suspension stuff for the E23s recently. I think Dinan still carries their stage 1 suspension and H&R still makes springs, but as far as sway bars I haven't been able to find any.

The one place that might (key word here) still carry other suspension components might be KSK Distributing (Alpina distributors) but their prices are wickedly high.
