but it mainly sounds like your in tank pump,
take that back could be the outside pump as well,
you have an outside one, right underneath
the tank, and an inside one right in the tank,
lift the rear mat in the trunk and you will see the acess, but I'm woundering have you cheked
the fuel pressure regulatar?
