I have a 1985 745 that is cutting off after about 5 minutes of driving. If I wait another few minutes it will restart and run another few minutes before cutting off again. We have traced it down to fuel pressure loss. Does anyone know any details about the fuel pump or pumps and the location and part number of the pump relay. Any other ideas.

Check the fule pump relay which is located on the drivers side on the outside (center) of the fuse box. I believe it is the farthest forward relay, on an 85 there are two. Swap out one at a time and eliminate this as your problem. steve
