I think that you are right in believing that the h7s will be far more reliable than 745i's turbo engine that will have at least 150000km on the speedo. As far as it concerns the worked 745i i know a Finland-based company which specialises in tuning 745i.Using a reworked waste-gate and increasing turbo pressure to 0.9bar(the stock engine runs on 0.6bar)the engine delivers 400bhp and 675Nm!!.The company is named tuoma perfection and you can visit them on "www.tuoma.com".I also know that alpina offered a turbo upgrade for the 745i bringing it to around 300bhp.For the uk market alpina built the B10 using a normally aspirated 3.5l engine with forged pistons, hot camshaft, exhaust manifold and reworked cylinder-head which delivered 261bhp without catalyst.Alpina built the B10 for the uk because the 745i was never imported there. How much lowered is your h7s as 4.5" from the ground to the spoiler is a rather small distance unless your car has a very deep spoiler. Also your 5-speed gearbox is a dog-leg close ratio or an overdrive one?Judging from the h7s's power to weight ratio(1540kg,254bhp:6.06kg/bhp)it will surely leave the Audi for gasping.
