Need a Little Help Converting to Power Seats (archive)

Hello all-
I am almost done converting my 82 745i to power seats, but I am having one problem, are not all e23s created equal? The bolt points in the floor don't seem to match up, I tried re-aligning the power tracks and that helped a bit, but they are still about an inch and half off - the tracks are the right length, but the front mount points are about 1 1/2 inches to the outside of the car. The seats travel correctly, so I don't think the rails are bent. Are there other bolt points in the floor that I am not seeing? Has anyone done this recently? Any help would be much appriciated.
