you have a wounderful car, and yes it can be frustrading, but please it is a good car.
I would recommend you chek only the one relay by the firewall, if the car is absolutly not doing anything, also chek all your batterie conections,
as well as ground conections where you worket on.
You upshift relay is in your fuse box,
forget the upshift relay, I dont think it has anything to do with this.

Is the car totally dead?
