Need info on BMW 732 (archive)

I know its a grey market car and as such is rare in America.
Are the majority of parts interchangeable with the U.S. 733 and 735?
Interchangeability is my main concern. I would have to replace the right rear door due to cancer.

The car I'm interested in has 136K miles, 4spd, cancer on
the right rear door and quarter panel
and the carpet is shot (maybe rust underneath too?)
Owner has all records and EPA/DOT papers; asking $1700 obo, in NC.

Any input/suggestions/impressions appreciated.
