Hi Jens,

I swapped the resister boards. No effect. The voltage at the boards were 12.25 on the gr/br & bl/wh at all pushbutton settings and fan speeds, even off. The yellow wire read .07 all times except when defroster was depressed.

I swapped the relays on the blower with ones in the fuse box. I also swapped the relays (K5) with another one in the fuse box.

Looking more like a bad pushbutton board?

Thanks,
Randy

Have you cheked your resister boards,
underneath your blower covers?

Jens
