OK, so I've been bragging up RustFree Oregon cars, and here's your chance. New arrival on a car lot I drive past about three times a week.

1984 Silver (looks sort of blue to me) w/tan leather. 202,000 on the odo. Very nice car. Paint shiny and if it's a repaint, it was certainly done right, since there's no paint on any rubber. Slight evidence of a repair under the left tail-light, but somebody knew what they were doing. The leather looks excellent, with very minor wear on DS. Armrests, The nice shiny wood everywhere. Two almost imperceptible cracks opening up on the dash. Wheels look refinished. Studded snows (oooh boy)

This car lot is a small, independent with mostly trucks and very average cars. Occasionally they surprise me with a nice car (This is one)

VIN WBAFF8401E9475383
Dealer: Bear Country Autos (541) 548-3887

If this car grew up in Central Oregon, I can assure you it is one of those cars I talk about where you twist the nuts once to loosen, then spin them off with your fingers.

I hesitate to say more, since I am sensitive to the fact that we all judge good and bad in different ways. All I can say about this car is that I certainly wouldn't hesitate to pick up a classy lady on a first date in this one.

Oh, wait, ..... that may not help either, since the only classy lady I currently know lives in a trailer, down by the river.

OK, now you guys share a fantasy with me.
