pinpointed cause for pass floor wetness(long) (archive)

i found a seal that goes around wiring going from engine compartment to inside the car on the drivers side MISSING! and thier is a seal around what appears to be heater hose and vaacum lines going inside the car by the blower motor well, water is getting through that seal somehow and dampning my carpet. where can i find new seals,i definatly need a drivers side seal but can the seal thats around the heater/vaccum hoses be caulked? i will appreciate any help, thank you., let me know if you need more specifics.
