Hi Jim,
Cloth seats where standard on all Europeen E23s unless they where Executive or Highline versions.
As 745i was never "officially" destinated to north american market, I'm not surprised to hear about cloth seats units imported up there.
There is alot of them with no lether here in Europe.
Once, I was very closed to by one. It had even power rear seats but no lether...!
