front seat repair on 87 L7 (archive)

My front buffalo leather seats are showing some wear and have some cracks. The question is, can these be repaired by a leather or upholstery shop? Is there anyone who has a very good set for sale? Any other ideas? I wouldmdye them except for the sun damage has caused cracks.
