Euro 745i turbo info needed (archive)

Hi,
I have a chance to get a euro 745i turbo that runs and drives but does need a little TLC. What should I look to pay for this? It has 180000KM on it and it has had a rebuilt turbo and many new parts. I think he said it was a 1980. I just have no idea what its worth.

Is it a good car?
