I'll let you know soon as I'm in the process of doing it myself. I'm still waiting for the euro bumpers to arraive, but the front US bumper wasn't too hard to remove, and I just got done taking euro bumpers of an e28, which is similar. I guess the hard part is finding euro bumpers, especially if your 7 is an 83 or newer, I guess they changed then and there are to many newer grey-market e23s around.

has anyone out there done a euro bumper conversion on a U.S.
model seven series?
i know about the 3's and 5's and what kind of hassles.
so what hurdles are there for the 7er? early or late models.
