Clif!
I would guide to 3 issues,
1.) Bad ground
2.) Relay going bad (main relay on fire wall drivers side)
3.) Bad Alt and or batterie.

And then mmmm maybe 1000 other things (no just kidden:)

Do I feel stupid, it was the positive battery cable loose. Thanks, my vin number ends in 50480
