Clean plugs to transy very well,
also the 745 had a recall a long time
ago on these plugs,
you may whant to consider of replaiceing
it, Bekker has this upgrade plug.

Also your valve boody could be clogged.
if fluid not changed with proper fluid over
time it will clogge up,
