Ngoc,

Freeze 12 is a blend of 80% R-134a and 20% R-142b. It cannot be used to "top-off" an R-12 charged system. If your system does not need repair and is just a little low, just add more R-12. There are a lot of things to consider if you need to retrofit the system and in doing so you would have to recover the R-12 first.
